ECS Group are pleased to announce that they have recently been acquired by Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), the UK’s leading provider of fall arrest equipment services, lightning protection, specialist building access and fire solutions.

ECS Ltd (Electrical Compliance and Safety) and TEC (Total Environmental Compliance) collectively form the ECS Group. The Group head office is situated in Corby, Northamptonshire, with offices in Widnes, and Nottingham.

TEC will provide PTSG’s first Legionella Control and Management service offering, and ECS will further strengthen PTSG’s electrical testing in the UK and in particular within the social housing sector.

Both companies will continue to trade as subsidiaries of PTSG, with Pete McGowan remaining as Managing Director of ECS Ltd, and Mark Drinkhill as Managing Director of TEC.
